The People Development Team is proud to announce our support for the four-day ‘Dive In’ festival, which was recently launched by cross-market group Inclusion@Lloyd’s. ‘Dive In’ will focus on a number of key themes including gender, LGBT, inclusion, multiculturalism and disability, with each day’s events centring on one of the key topics.
Angie Peacock, Chair, People Development Team, will launch the Inclusion Day with a thought-provoking, frank and engaging insight into the very real impact that Unconscious Bias can have on our thoughts and actions – in both our professional and personal lives.
Other speakers supporting the Dive In festival include John Barnes, Lord John Browne, Jane Hill, Marcus Trescothick and Gok Wan.
Commenting on the news, Inga Beale, CEO of Lloyd’s said, “The insurance industry in general, and Lloyd’s and the Lloyd’s Market in particular, cannot rest on our laurels if we want to attract the best talent, stay globally relevant and keep innovating at the speed that our clients demand.
