Inclusive Leadership Programme

Our highly effective Inclusive Leadership Programme consists of 10 modules which can be run individually or together as a three day leadership programme, a team event or a strategic off-site event for your Senior Management Team.

Most of the modules are delivered either through our highly engaging, live, interactive webinar or in a face to face session. The majority of our programmes can also be extended to a more in-depth one day workshop allowing for deeper discussions and reflection time where necessary.

The modules can be combined or tailored to give a successful, fun and intense experience, while practically helping to create an inclusive environment in your workplace.

    Teams embarking on a journey towards creating inclusion must first go through self-reflection to understand how our perceptions of difference can contribute to inclusive practices and impact on individual and team performance.

    In this module we examine the differences in behavioural styles at work, personal divers, motivators and fears. Each delegate completes a 10-minute online analysis and receives a one hour virtual feedback session with one of our specialist coaches.  

    This combination of personal reflection, knowledge development and group analysis leads to specific actions to build inclusive practices that will enhance the team’s dynamics and its performance.


    Participants will be able to:

    • Identify when their behaviour is excluding others and take steps to lessen the impact of unconscious bias.
    • Use behavioural models to understand others on a deeper level and so improve inclusive team practices.
    • Model inclusive team behaviours and support others to manage bias and increase peer/employee engagement.
    • Manage the inclusion of new team members by ensuring an environment where individual talent is recognised and can excel.
    • Identify future ‘bias risks’ and execute actions created to mitigate/reduce bias and promote inclusion.
