Inclusive Leadership Programme

Our highly effective Inclusive Leadership Programme consists of 10 modules which can be run individually or together as a three day leadership programme, a team event or a strategic off-site event for your Senior Management Team.

Most of the modules are delivered either through our highly engaging, live, interactive webinar or in a face to face session. The majority of our programmes can also be extended to a more in-depth one day workshop allowing for deeper discussions and reflection time where necessary.

The modules can be combined or tailored to give a successful, fun and intense experience, while practically helping to create an inclusive environment in your workplace.

    This module helps personalise the individual commitment to inclusive leadership. Participants create teams and Personal Inclusive Leadership Charters and commitments are made to lead and build inclusive environments in their organisations. Leaders identify and agree what they are going to champion, including communicating to their teams and what’s important to them personally as well as to the business. 

    Participants will ensure that their Personal Inclusive Leadership Charters take into account the strategic goals and inclusion priorities for the organisation.


    Participants will be able to:

    • Review leadership behaviours and create Team Inclusive Leadership Charters to build and sustain the organisational inclusion culture
    • Analyse and review inclusive leadership behaviours, identify and plan for areas that require further personal development
    • Complete a Personal Inclusive Leadership Charter in the context of current organisational strategy
    • Create detailed personal communications plans to ensure clarity and gain commitment and measures of success
