Inclusive Leadership Programme

Our highly effective Inclusive Leadership Programme consists of 10 modules which can be run individually or together as a three day leadership programme, a team event or a strategic off-site event for your Senior Management Team.

Most of the modules are delivered either through our highly engaging, live, interactive webinar or in a face to face session. The majority of our programmes can also be extended to a more in-depth one day workshop allowing for deeper discussions and reflection time where necessary.

The modules can be combined or tailored to give a successful, fun and intense experience, while practically helping to create an inclusive environment in your workplace.

    The need to ‘win hearts and minds’ in complex, challenging situations has long been recognised and its relevance in creating inclusive environments, and subsequent business successes, should not be underestimated.

    The success or failure of truly inclusive environments depends upon the mind sets and practises developed by individuals throughout the organisation and on whether they adopt an approach that we refer to as ‘commitment’, or one that we have called ‘compliance’. The difference, when people are committed, is seen in talent development and, fundamentally, in the bottom line.

    This highly interactive module focuses on establishing the difference between the mind-sets and uses active development and planning techniques to assess the current position of the organisation (or team), and to create specific actions to support the development of commitment focused mind-sets and attitudes that build inclusive environments.

    Outcomes

    Participants will be able to:

    • Articulate clear differences in approach between compliance with policy and a commitment to maximising the benefits of diversity through inclusion
    • Utilise tools to identify behaviours that can promote the different mind sets of compliance and commitment
    • Critically review risks and execute strategies to build inclusive environments that leverage the benefits of diversity
