Inclusive Leadership Programme

Our highly effective Inclusive Leadership Programme consists of 10 modules which can be run individually or together as a three day leadership programme, a team event or a strategic off-site event for your Senior Management Team.

Most of the modules are delivered either through our highly engaging, live, interactive webinar or in a face to face session. The majority of our programmes can also be extended to a more in-depth one day workshop allowing for deeper discussions and reflection time where necessary.

The modules can be combined or tailored to give a successful, fun and intense experience, while practically helping to create an inclusive environment in your workplace.

    The correlation between inclusive environments and strategic success provides significant context and acts as a prelude to the examination of the organisation’s culture. This module explores the tensions between values that compete and contribute to creating inclusive organisational environments.

    Deeper consideration of the values and how they each work to diminish or increase true inclusion, helps develop a thorough knowledge of the model and a common language around the topic.

    This gives rise to an important discussion concerning the vital relationship between the development of inclusive practice and the co-creation of a culture that actively drives the strategy and in turn leads to the consideration of actions that will be necessary to drive the desired values and behaviours.
