Inclusive Leadership Programme

Our highly effective Inclusive Leadership Programme consists of 10 modules which can be run individually or together as a three day leadership programme, a team event or a strategic off-site event for your Senior Management Team.

Most of the modules are delivered either through our highly engaging, live, interactive webinar or in a face to face session. The majority of our programmes can also be extended to a more in-depth one day workshop allowing for deeper discussions and reflection time where necessary.

The modules can be combined or tailored to give a successful, fun and intense experience, while practically helping to create an inclusive environment in your workplace.

    This module explores how inclusive approaches are essential in effective change and transformation. Participants will employ inclusive change leadership techniques that create inclusive environments, behaviours and responses particularly beneficial for change.

    A truly inclusive approach to managing change and transformation begins with personal insight, reflecting on personal motivators and drivers.  This enables people to apply insightful, critical thinking to understanding other’s drivers and motivators, as a vehicle to maximise engagement.

    Outcomes:

    Participants will be able to:

    • Apply tools to examine personal barriers, motivators and drivers for change and to critically review their potential impact on inclusive change leadership.
    • Recognise the toxic behaviours of resistors and utilise understanding of motivators and drivers for the inclusive engagement of colleagues.
    • Critically assess and harness the full potential and contribution of acceptors and champions.
    • Apply techniques to gain insights into attitudes and perceptions across the team.
