Inclusive Leadership Programme

Our highly effective Inclusive Leadership Programme consists of 10 modules which can be run individually or together as a three day leadership programme, a team event or a strategic off-site event for your Senior Management Team.

Most of the modules are delivered either through our highly engaging, live, interactive webinar or in a face to face session. The majority of our programmes can also be extended to a more in-depth one day workshop allowing for deeper discussions and reflection time where necessary.

The modules can be combined or tailored to give a successful, fun and intense experience, while practically helping to create an inclusive environment in your workplace.

    The session teaches individuals the skills and tools to be able to support themselves and others in understanding and modifying their biases and perceptions, in order to build more inclusive and productive working relationships.

    By helping participants to gain further insights into their own perceptions and beliefs we are able to explore the interdependent relationship between beliefs and feelings and the consequent impacts upon behaviour.

    Participants will experience how practical these techniques are to apply. They will acquire simple tools that can be used to support the embedding and ongoing development of inclusive behaviours that can lead to the increased productivity of working relationships.

    Outcomes

    Participants will be able to:

    Further develop understanding of the origins of beliefs and bias in both themselves and others.
    Apply techniques to enable the reframing or reshaping of beliefs and perceptions as a means of managing bias and building inclusive behaviours.
    Provide and apply simple tools to support the ongoing development of inclusive behaviours.
