Office politics and ‘power games’ are believed by some to be manipulative and damaging. It’s not unusual for women to refuse to engage, and as a result they remove themselves from the table, diminishing their influence. This module reframes politics and power to explore why they are an important part of how business outcomes are influenced. Participants learn how to engage in a progressive way that generates win-win outcomes – for themselves and the company.
