Executive Level Training Consultants
UK – Full-time
Experience of facilitating workshops with exec and c suite groups? Knowledge of inclusion/ diversity/ neuro or behavioural science?
Designing and delivering Inclusion workshops for Executive level clients across all sectors – and across the globe. You will be an integral part of a newly revamped and growing team that delivers training through the classic face to face methods and via live virtual classroom methodology and through total digital solutions too. You will get to partner with our fantastic account managers as we work together to bring our solutions to the leading organisations around the world.
Your week may begin with being introduced to the HRD from one of our global clients as they brief you on their CEO and directs approach to this work. You will ask probing questions – push their thinking and be clear on the PDT approach to creating change.
Next an internal meeting as you brief our Account Managers on the latest discoveries externally and how we will be supporting this through new approaches to training.
Next day you fly to Boston ready to work with a key client. Day one into their C suite team – helping them align on the strategic reasons for this work. Next day may see you coaching them personally or running a Masterclass day with their top HR execs from around the world.
You fly home on the Friday – while working on the analysis of some data we have captured around a client in Copenhagen who need help to make their managers take action around inclusion.
Finally you help our digital learning team with ideas for a video we are creating.
You will be a natural facilitator and also a bit of a performer – able to hold large groups and ensure that all delegates discover more than they thought possible. We are looking for a track record of great training either in house or as an independent consultant with client base that might include major financial service organisations, large consultancy firms, technology giants or manufacturers. It would be an advantage if you can also demonstrate your ability to attract and grow clients – although we do have a team of specialist whose role it is to do this.
You will work as part of a close-knit core team based from your UK or US home. You will be happy to travel globally on a weekly basis if needed.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
