Executive Level Associate Trainer
Do you have a breadth of experience in delivering inclusion and / or diversity workshops to global Executives or “C” suite groups?
We are seeking to grow our cadre of too flight executive level trainers and facilitators
You will have excellent experience of running workshops with boards / exec teams in major corporations.
You will be able to demonstrate how you engage and gain credibility and drive results that such teams require from workshops.
A background in business strategy or cultural change is essential – as is the ability to show a depth of knowledge around business drivers – as well as a knowledge of inclusion at that level. PDT Global is known for being challenging at this level and so resilience is essential.
Our proprietary material is some of the best in this space and we will invest in you to ensure you can deliver it to a high standard – while allowing your personal approach to shine through.

You will be a natural facilitator and also a bit of a performer – some of our associates represent us at conferences.
