The statistics don’t lie – 91% of LGBTQI+ employees are still covering an element of who they are at work and one in five stating they have received negative comments about who they are.

There is still a way to go in improving our working environments if we believe it to be a space where everyone – including the LGBTQ+ community – can succeed, perform and deliver on an equal playing field.
