UK – Full-time

Do you have a breadth of experience in delivering Inclusion and Diversity training to groups wider than just the UK?

The Role:

Designing and delivering Inclusion workshops for a broad range of customers across all sectors – and across the globe.  You will be an integral part of a newly revamped and growing team that delivers training through the classic face to face methods and via live virtual classroom methodology and through total digital solutions too. You will get to partner with our fantastic account managers as we work together to bring our solutions to the leading organisations around the world.

In any one week you may be part of a crucial client call, help to script some great micro-learning, attend a meeting with our Japanese speaking Associate and then hop on a plane to Boston to deliver a couple of days fantastic training! Every week is different and we will help expand your current knowledge and training approaches.

You will be a natural facilitator and also a bit of a performer – able to hold large groups and ensure that all delegates discover more than they thought possible. We are looking for a track record of great training either in house or as an independent consultant with client base that includes major financial service organisations, large consultancy firms, technology giants and manufacturers.

You will work as part of a close-knit core team based from your UK home but with the ability to visit Ware, Hertfordshire on a monthly basis. You will be happy to travel globally on a weekly basis if needed.

Other Details:

Compensation between £35-£55k per annum (dependant on experience)
