New Year Message from Angela Peacock – Chair of PDT Global

I am delighted to see us all in another new year, 2018 is now in the books and what a great and successful year it was for us at PDT Global.

Our training team now includes some of the most creative designers of digital media and we have seen this impact the way we can now measure, embed and enhance our programmes. It has never been so easy to ensure that the messages delivered in the training room are continued throughout the employee lifecycle with our ‘Just in Time’ reminders.

We are extremely proud that our live virtual classroom programmes from inclusion to bias, Respect and Integrity to Supporting the careers of Women reached over 300,000 learners! The project management of these roll outs has been incredible – and our continued partnerships with internal L and D teams has been essential to the success of these solutions.

Continued global growth formed a big part of 2018 for us – adding Australia and LATAM to our footprint. We also strengthened our team by hiring more inspirational people – and now offer such a great variety of styles via our face to face trainers, consultants and facilitators.

However, the most exciting thing to see was the increase in end to end projects. Coming in and analysing the situation via focus groups coupled with data from other sources, combining these to bring a problem statement to life in order to create solutions for our clients. Our use of technology to embed and measure has further enabled us to identify “hot spots” where inclusion activity may not be happening and offer real time interventions to ensure it does.

This work has meant a huge increase in our global ‘Train the Trainer’ programmes too. We learnt so much from the delegates on these programmes as they discover how to create inclusion in their organisations around the globe. The last one we ran in Asia has now been cascaded to an entire leadership population – with feedback that was superb.

Have to say as Chair that I could not be more proud of PDT Global and what we achieved in 2018 and I am confident that once we roll out the brilliant digital solutions we have in pilot stage at the moment I may eat my words this year.
