Location: Ware, Hertfordshire
Salary range: £25,000 – £27,000
Contract: Initial 6 month fixed term (possibly leading to a permanent contract)

The Role
This role is part of the project management team which is responsible for ensuring high quality blended learning solutions are designed and delivered to our global client base.

Key Responsibilities
To support the development of PDT’s portfolio of programmes, in line with company positioning, market standards and client expectations
Plan and manage instructional design projects to successful completion as part of blended solutions
Promote collaboration, partnership and relationships amongst SME’s, stakeholders and participants in design projects
Define the appropriate design, development and project model for a given project
Analyse existing learning solutions in the light of blended learning options and make recommendation for enhancements
Ensure that products are mapped appropriately, publicised, stored and version controlled in a professional and accessible manner

Engagement
Engage with clients to analyse, understand and document their learning needs & outcomes

Consulting
Consult with client subject matter experts, across geographies, to define, recommend and craft appropriate ways to develop their learning solutions
Coordinate meetings with PDT subject matter experts to analyse content and translate into discrete learning products

Project Management
Commission, project manage and coordinate the production of well researched, evidenced, designed and written content to ensure high quality programme assets
Plan and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects

Product Development
Develop high quality, engaging deliverables for all stakeholders, working effectively and efficiently with colleagues, clients and suppliers
Produce product specifications, storyboards and final deliverables ensuring that learning outcomes can be achieved as part of a blended learning approach
Design products that reflect an understanding of the diversity of learners and learner groups, including cultural differences that may apply

Visibility
Contribute to stakeholder meetings with client, senior team members and suppliers, as required. This may involve travel within and without UK, although PDT carries out most of its design business virtually
Instigate and manage project meetings, internally and externally
Attend in-company meetings, e.g. Team and Sales meetings

Administration
Working with the training team, ensure that course materials are agreed, tailored, produced, printed and collated for individual programmes
Working with client and individual trainers, be responsible for all logistics being signed off and in place, ensuring the smooth running of programmes, whether in-person or virtually
Support colleagues on the project team, ensuring the smooth running of the section, programmes and the company
Carry out other duties requested by the Operations Manager or other senior colleagues
